Pinck & Pinck, L.L.P. was recently formed in 2007 through the father-son partnership of Lawrence R. Pinck and Justin M. Pinck. Prior to its formation Larry a 1980 graduate of Seton Hall Law School had been practicing law in Clifton, New Jersey for over twenty years as a solo-practitioner. Throughout this time, Larry has helped thousands of hardworking consumers and their families as well as small businesses recover from financial setbacks by utilizing their legally entitled rights under the United States Bankruptcy Code. Additionally, he has helped individuals whose rights have been violated under various consumer protection laws including the Fair Debt Collection and Practices Act, the Fair Foreclosure Act, the Respa Act, and the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act among others. In 2007 Justin a 2006 graduate of Seton Hall Law School joined Larry at the Clifton location in 2007 to form Pinck & Pinck, L.L.P.. Justin has been admitted to the bar in New Jersey, New York, and the Southern District of New York Federal Court, which has broadened the scope of the firm allowing them to help individuals in multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, before joining Pinck & Pinck, L.L.P. Justin had prior experience in multiple fields of law including immigration and school law. In 2008, the law firm transferred its location to 1115 Clifton Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey 07013 in order to expand its space and clerical staff to better meet the needs of its clients. In early 2009, the firm opened a satellite office in Union City, New Jersey. Pinck & Pinck, L.L.P. is now a general practice firm specializing in helping individual consumers and small businesses protect their legally entitled rights through a combination of innovative thinking, close and personal attention to the needs and concerns of every client, and by keeping up to date in all state of the art technological innovations for the legal field. |
